Shipping policy

 

 

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

 

Weekly batch system

Orders are processed through our weekly batch system, which resets every Saturday at 8:00 AM UK time. Orders placed after this cutoff will join the following week’s batch.

 

Delivery timeframe

Estimated delivery is 5–14 business days from the reset time of the batch containing your order. Business days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays.

 

Shipping charges

UK Tracked Delivery costs £4.99. Delivery is free for orders of £50 or more.

 

Tracking

Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

 

Delays

Delivery dates are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control. We will inform you if we become aware of a significant delay.

 

Address accuracy

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after dispatch.

 

Missing or damaged deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, is incorrect, or appears to be lost, please email manila.skin.essence.uk@gmail.com with your order number. We may request photographs of damaged packaging or products to help resolve the issue.
